no figerprint on usb

bonjour à tous, sur mon talisman 2017, ils ont remplacé le rlink2. le nouveau ne m'a jamais écrit l'empreinte digitale sur l'usb. J'ai acheté le package coyote / connection, pour récupérer les services actifs après 3 ans, mais r-link2 ne termine pas les téléchargements. il y a évidemment un désalignement Auto-MyRenault-toolbox. Renault malgré son retour à l'atelier avec les instructions des spécialistes, n'a pas résolu. Quelqu'un a-t-il un fichier wls version 9.0.35.506 à me donner pour comparaison avec mon ancien fichier?-----
