Hello CNC users,

at the beginning I am sorry for my English, but French is a spanish village for me

I have a problem with my CNC navi. I have updated to the last version of firmware (supplied with the V30.1 maps) but my TMC had not worked in the Czech Republic, althoug my friends use it (in Lag II and III).

So I have decided to enter the second service menu and activate the SRAM inicialization. After this the navi was asking a secret safety code for me. I have a original code for my radio so I entered it but...it did not work!!! I was at Renault service (not only at one) but they could not help me. All the components (radio, changer...) are original with the sticker with the right VIN code on it.

Does anyone of you have a experinece with it? What kind of code do I have to enter? I am helpless now, even the renault does not know.

My car is Laguna MY 2006, DVD navi.

Hello Accordiola1, you are right, this code 4112 is the code for the service (expert) menu for the CNI navi systems but I have CNC DVD... I have already tryied this code, it is not working as well

Don't you know the similar service code for this CNC systems? Or is anywhere on the web a service manual for this navi?

If it isn't this code, I don't know

I have the same problem.
After selecting SRAM initialization, i have to enter a security code which i don't have.

When the system boots, it works normal for about 10 seconds after which the map disapears and it asks for a 4 digit security code.

Also a 2006 Laguna with DVD Carminat.
